ESORICS 2013 Sponsorship Opportunities

ESORICS (European Symposium on Research in Computer Security) is the premier European research conference in computer security.  ESORICS started in 1990 and has been held in several European countries, attracting an international audience from both the academic and industrial communities. ESORICS 2013, the 18th symposium in the series, will be held in the UK at Royal Holloway, University of London.  As evidence of the widespread and growing popularity of the event, there will also be eight specialised workshops (each the size of a small conference) co-hosted with ESORICS 2013.

ESORICS 2013 represents an excellent opportunity for sponsoring organisations to link their names and brands with a prestigious and influential computer security event and publicise themselves to the world’s leading security researchers and professionals. The latter may include potential clients, suppliers, government strategists, academics, entrepreneurs, senior decision makers, investors, journalists and so on.

Sponsorship has an important role to play in maintaining the quality of the event organisation and also in ensuring that there is some scope to encourage attendance of prestigious guests and talented young researchers. Sponsorship is currently recognised at three levels, although we are open to consideration of other kinds of sponsorship, benefits and special requests. All the sponsors will be shown on event literature, although the prominence will depend on the level. The general benefits associated with the sponsorship levels are summarised below.

Level 1 (£1,000+)

  • Listing of company name and logo on the conference website.
  • Listing of company name on conference proceedings.
  • Leaflets included in delegate pack.

Level 2 (£2,000+)

In addition to the Level 1 benefits:

  • One free conference registration.
  • The sole/free use of a seminar/meeting/display room for 1st or 2nd day of ESORICS.

Level 3 (£5,000+)

In addition to the Level 1 benefits:

  • Two free conference registrations.
  • The sole/free use of a seminar/meeting/display room for the 1st and 2nd day of ESORICS.
